Waitress/Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/ Servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong knowledge of mixology. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, crafting delicious beverages, and ensuring that all patrons have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
• Monitor customer behavior to ensure a safe environment and assist guests as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to maintain high levels of service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and cash handling procedures.
• Excellent math skills for accurate cash management and drink measurements.
• Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders efficiently. Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to providing outstanding hospitality and customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. SMART SERVE MANDATORY
