We care about the details, but we also like to keep things relaxed - good music, clear expectations, and no micromanaging.

**The Job**
We’re looking for a dependable part-time crew member to assist with lawn maintenance and landscaping work.

You'll start with trimming and cleanup tasks while learning the ropes, and take on more responsibility with mowing, edging, and other services once you're comfortable.

**Typical Tasks Include**:

- Mowing lawns with commercial equipment
- String trimming, edging, and blowing off sidewalks/driveways
- Trimming shrubs and maintaining garden beds
- Seasonal cleanups (leaves, mulch, etc.)
- Occasional sod installs and light landscaping work

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience using lawn care tools (mower, trimmer, blower, etc.)
- Can follow instructions and work independently after training
- Physically able to do manual outdoor work in all weather
- Valid G2 or G license preferred, with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from Ancaster
- Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in
