Key Responsibilities

* Client Experience & Support:

* Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional demeanor.

* Assist the master stylist with a variety of tasks, including shampooing, conditioning, and applying treatments.

* Provide exemplary customer service, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.

* Conduct follow-up communication with clients before and after services to ensure a seamless and personalized experience.

* Operational & Hygiene Management:

* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the salon, including workstations, equipment, and common areas.

* Efficiently manage laundry duties, ensuring fresh towels and capes are always available.

* Sanitize all tools and styling equipment according to professional and health-safety standards.

* Styling & Technical Assistance:

* Assist with blowouts and basic styling under the master stylist's guidance.

* Prepare and organize products and tools for various services.

* Demonstrate a proactive and agile approach to assist with ad-hoc tasks as they arise.

* Professional Development:

* Actively observe and learn new techniques, trends, and procedures from the master stylist and other senior team members.

* Participate in educational sessions and training workshops provided by the salon and our network of world-class educators.

Qualifications

* A strong interest in the hair and beauty industry is essential.

* No prior salon experience is required; we are willing to train the right candidate.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* A positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

* Punctuality and reliability are non-negotiable.
