About the role: The Finance Analyst reports to the Finance Manager and is responsible for general ledger account reconciliations, working paper preparation and annual regulatory reporting, preparing, maintaining and monitoring annual operating budgets, maintaining capital lien and various other revenue generating programs & applications, and other duties as assigned, such as special projects initiatives, operational position assistance and backup role to the Finance Manager. This is a permanent full-time position.
Salary Range: Range 7, $78,332- $93,112

Education & experience required:

  • Minimum five years experience in budgeting, accounting cycle and reporting;
  • Demonstrated project management experience;
  • Strong ability to self-direct and work effectively in a team environment;
  • Strong technical computer skills including the ability to operate accounting software;
  • Previous experience in the public sector, an asset.
