Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between patients and providers, ensuring smooth communication, scheduling, and treatment planning. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, leadership, attention to detail, and familiarity with dental procedures. The Treatment Coordinator will play a key role in enhancing patient experience while supporting the operational efficiency, positive team culture and excellence of our practice.

Duties

  • Manage patient scheduling, administrative systems, and follow-ups using Cleardent software and MaxAssist.
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, procedures, and financial options to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate with dental providers to ensure timely delivery of care, proper documentation and follow up systems.
  • Assist in billing processes, insurance verifications, and financial arrangements for patients.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and billing procedures.
  • Support the team relating to staff training and supervision as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve office workflows, using experience and creativity.
  • Leads with positivity, empathy and a commitment to fostering a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in dental administration.
  • Proficiency with Cleardent or similar software.
  • Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology, dental insurance, and dental scheduling.
  • Supervising experience or background in human resources is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing patient information and scheduling.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and communicate with coworkers and other dental professionals.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial processes within a dental office environment is advantageous.

Pay: $55,225.00-$76,076.82 per year
