Agilus is recruiting for a
Compensation Analyst
in the
Oil and Gas Sector
in
calgary, Alberta.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a passion for learning about our global operations and programs to support our Compensation and Global Mobility team. Reporting to the Manager, Global Mobility, this role will assist in the implementation and administration of compensation and mobility programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and global regulations compliance.

A Typical Day

  • Support the development and administration of mobility and global compensation processes, including participation in domestic and international market surveys, data analysis, reporting and program recommendations
  • Support immigration assessments, documentation and compliance for international and cross border business travelers, contractors and expatriates, including eTAs, travel letters and visas
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors including immigration providers, relocation management company, and tax advisors
  • Complete monthly off-cycle salary budget tracking and assist with compensation transaction review, processing and HR system data audits
  • Participate in specific compensation and/or global mobility projects and initiatives as required

Successful Candidates Will Have

  • 2+ years of experience with an undergrad business degree in Human Resources, Business or Finance
  • The ideal candidate has a collaborative working style with strong data analysis and attention to detail skills, proficiency in Excel/MS Office and a high level of discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
