About Us

We provide high-quality care and education to eight young children (under 36 months) in a warm, home-like environment with a large backyard for outdoor play. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated ECE Infant Toddler Educator to join our small and caring team.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children to learn and grow
  • Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
  • Observe, document, and communicate children's progress with parents and guardians
  • Collaborate with other educators and staff to maintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
  • Ensure the classroom and play areas are clean, organized, and inviting

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with infants and toddlers in a licensed childcare or educational setting
  • Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Leadership and organizational abilities to guide and manage a small group of children
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with parents, colleagues, and the community

Requirements

  • Valid ECE Licence to Practice
  • Valid Infant Toddler (IT) Certificate
  • First Aid/CPR Certificate
  • At least 3 years of related childcare experience
