Job Summary

We are seeking a caring, passionate, and dedicated Infant & Toddler Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in early childhood education, experience supporting young children's developmental needs, and a genuine commitment to nurturing each child's unique potential. This role focuses on creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment where our youngest learners can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children 12–36 months, supporting curiosity, exploration, and early learning.
  • Create a warm, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and fosters strong relationships.
  • Observe, document, and assess children's developmental progress; communicate updates to families with professionalism and care.
  • Adapt teaching strategies to support children with diverse abilities and developmental needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each child's well-being.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and health/safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MUST possess a valid Early Childhood Educator – Infant and Toddler (ECE-IT) certification.
  • Demonstrated experience working in an early childhood education setting, with strong classroom management and caregiving skills.
  • Experience supporting children with disabilities and implementing inclusive practices.
  • Solid understanding of early childhood development and infant/toddler milestones.
  • Ability to use creativity and flexibility when planning activities or responding to children's needs.
  • Warmth, empathy, patience, and a nurturing approach to building relationships with young children and their families.

Pay: $23.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
