With a focus on care, creativity, and connection, we're currently seeking a passionate Infant Toddler Educator to join our team and help our littlest cubs thrive.

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and nurturing Infant Toddler Educator (ITE) who will provide high-quality care and early learning experiences to children aged 0–3 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development.
  • Foster strong relationships with children and their families through daily communication and updates.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times.
  • Maintain daily documentation, developmental observations, and reports.
  • Follow licensing regulations and adhere to Cub Corner's policies and procedures Support routines such as feeding, diapering, and napping in a responsive and respectful manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other educators and management to support a positive team culture.

Requirements:

  • Valid Infant Toddler Educator (ITE) Certificate (ECE license to practice in BC)
  • Clear Criminal Record Check
  • First Aid & CPR certification for childcare settings
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with infants and toddlers (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of child development and responsive caregiving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, reliable, and flexible team player
