Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Construction/Renovation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving various aspects of our construction projects and equipment. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The Handyman will ensure that all property and assets are in excellent condition, contributing to a safe and functional environment for staff and visitors alike.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct construction handyman work such as , but not limited to: Carpentry, Drywall/plastering, Tiling, and Painting
  • Manage small-scale renovation projects and assist with larger repair initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used.
  • Collaborate with vendors or contractors for specialized repairs or installations when necessary.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Construction/Renovation handyman or in a similar construction role preferred.
  • Skilled in multiple trades such as carpentry, drywall/plastering, painting, or general repairs.
  • Ability to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and procedures related to building renovations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license is a plus for off-site repairs or errands.
