Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Powersports repair and maintenance, with hands-on experience using both hand and power tools. This role is essential in ensuring that our dealership maintains high standards of customer service while delivering quality repairs and services to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of Motorcycles,ATV,Snowmobiles, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools to diagnose issues, assemble components, and conduct repairs.
  • Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot mechanical problems effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their vehicle's needs and repair processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs and services.
  • Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Powersports repair or as a mechanic, preferably within a dealership environment.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to maintain high-quality standards while working under pressure.
  • Experience with welding is a plus but not required.
  • A solid understanding of vehicle schematics and mechanical systems is essential.
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
