As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our RV and Powersports sales team.

Position Overview:

As the RV & Powersports Sales Manager, you'll oversee daily sales operations, lead and inspire the sales team, and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional buying experience. You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth, maintaining strong manufacturer and supplier relationships, and upholding Camp Canada RV's commitment to honesty, quality, and adventure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Oversee all aspects of RV and powersports sales, including pricing, inventory, and customer experience
  • Manage and maintain relationships with OEMs and suppliers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • Support the sales process from initial inquiry to final delivery
  • Maintain a positive, team-oriented environment focused on customer satisfaction
  • Track and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for growth
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies, brand standards, and provincial regulations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in RV, automotive, or powersports sales management
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities
  • Knowledge of RV and powersports products, trends, and seasonal demand cycles
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with dealership management or CRM systems

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience with F&I (Finance & Insurance) processes
  • Marketing or event coordination experience in a dealership environment
  • Familiarity with inventory management and sales forecasting
