Duties
- Assist with installations on various jobs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storefront, warehouse and exterior grounds
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Support the setup and breakdown of work areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Operate basic tools as needed under supervision
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors promptly
Experience
- Prior experience in general construction, windows & doors is a plus but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently and safely
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to manual labor roles
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
