Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall success of our projects. This position requires physical stamina and a commitment to safety, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.

Duties

  • Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks, including cleaning work areas and tools.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks as assigned.
  • Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely.
  • Support skilled tradespeople in various construction or manufacturing tasks.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • A willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is a plus.
  • Reliable form of transportation.
