We are seeking a Customer Service/ General Labour to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Packing products/ using vacuum pack machine
- Slicing various items on slicer
- Performing other duties as required consistent with the occupation

WORK CONDITIONS:

- Performing repetitive tasks
- Fast paced environment
- Physical Effort: This is a physically demanding position and will require continuous standing for extended periods of time, as well as some heavy lifting. Knife work involves regular repetitive use of hands, wrists, arms, shoulders.
- Physical Environment: Regular exposure to factors such as temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noise.
- Sensory Attention: Regular need to give close attention
- either hearing or seeing to surroundings

Qualifications:

- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Bend / stand for long periods of time

No experience required
- will train on site

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: $17.50-$19.00 per hour
