Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing team in Richmond, BC.

In this inside-sales role, you'll handle incoming leads, provide accurate moving quotes, and guide customers through the booking process. This position offers a solid base salary, ongoing support, and the opportunity to grow within a reputable A+ BBB-accredited company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound phone and online inquiries for moving quotes
  • Provide professional consultations and customized moving estimates
  • Convert leads into booked moves through exceptional customer service and sales follow-up
  • Manage leads and follow-ups using CRM software
  • Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure a seamless move experience
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion goals

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, inside sales, or customer service (moving or logistics industry experience is an asset)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-driven, organized, and proactive approach
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Basic computer skills (CRM, spreadsheets, email)
  • Valid driver's license is an asset
