We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Wireless Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in expanding access to innovative telecommunications solutions to our customers. As a Wireless Sales Representative at BlueArrow Connections, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on our customers while building a long-term career in the telecommunications industry.

Our Wireless Sales Representative position is intentionally structured to prepare high-potential individuals for future leadership opportunities. This approach supports sustainable growth for our customers, our team, and the telecommunications market as a whole.

Wireless Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of BlueArrow Connections' business development processes, sales strategies, and client offerings to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions, delivering a professional and engaging sales experience from the first point of contact.
  • Partner with leadership to support the training, mentoring, and development of marketing and sales team members.
  • Collaborate with fellow Wireless Sales Representatives to evaluate, refine, and improve sales and marketing strategies to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by participating in and supporting weekly team-building activities.

Wireless Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or account management is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Wireless Sales Representative is highly desirable.
  • Strong balance of coachability and leadership potential to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Reliable transportation for daily commuting to the office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
