The Opportunity We are seeking a strategic, creative, and future-focused Content Manager to shape and lead how we connect with our current and prospective employees across all levels and locations. This role is pivotal in enhancing our internal narrative, using modern marketing communications principles, AI-enabled tools, and progressive employer branding strategies to elevate the employee experience. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling, consistent internal messaging that inspires, informs, and engages our people—while reinforcing our culture and values.

What You'll Do Here

Strategic Communication Leadership Develop and execute a modern internal communications strategy aligned with company goals and culture. Partner with People & Culture, Marketing, and Senior Leadership teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and initiatives.

AI-Driven Content Development Leverage AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly Business, etc.) to create, enhance, and scale internal content—ranging from newsletters to executive messages. Pilot and implement intelligent automation tools to personalize and optimize employee communications

Integrated Campaigns & Storytelling Lead integrated internal campaigns that reflect our brand voice, reinforce values, and celebrate people milestones. Tell human-centered stories that bring our culture to life and amplify employee voices

Employee Experience & Engagement Collaborate with People & Culture to support change management, onboarding, learning,

DEI, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives. Use communication as a lever to boost connection, retention, and belonging.

Employer Brand Advocacy Help translate our employer value proposition into internal content that builds pride and brand advocacy among employees. Identify opportunities to align internal and external narratives

Analytics & Continuous Improvement Measure the effectiveness of internal comms initiatives using analytics and feedback tools. Use insights to drive continuous optimization and innovation

What We're Looking For

· 5–8+ years of experience in internal communications, marketing communications, or related roles.

· Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a knack for making the complex simple.

· Strategic thinker with a creative edge and an understanding of modern employee engagement and employer branding trends

· AI Savvy with a knack embedding AI tools into content creation, campaign development and process automation.

· Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments and cross-functional teams.

· Comfortable working with digital communication channels, content management systems, and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, etc.).

· A growth mindset and enthusiasm for new technologies, innovation, and human-centered design.

Bonus Points If You Have

· Experience in tech, fintech, SaaS, or similarly dynamic sectors

· Background in change communications or organizational transformation

· Certifications in AI tools, digital marketing, or employee experience design
