At Three Step Fitness Pilates Physio Clinic, we combine hands-on manual therapy with exercise-based rehabilitation, including Clinical Pilates, active rehab, and functional training. What We Offer:

  • Comprehensive Clinical Pilates training (mandatory) and optional Fitness Pilates courses.
  • Modalities: shockwave therapy, Dry needling, ultrasound, electrotherapy, as well as both gym and advanced Pilates equipment.

  • Signing Bonus: Between $1,000 and $3,000, depending on work conditions.

Specific Work Terms and Conditions

Work terms can be discussed upon submission of your resume. We offer both employee and contractor positions, depending on your preferred work arrangement:

  • Employee positions: Hourly rate, with the opportunity for long-term growth as you build your client base and advance your skills.
  • Contractor positions: Commission-based, ideal for physiotherapists who prefer flexible arrangements while growing their practice.

Preferred Work Dates and Hours

We are currently looking for physiotherapists to cover the following times, but these can be discussed, and more flexibility will be available once we move to our new, larger location. Additional hours will also become available as our clinic expands:

  • Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Friday: 8:15 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

FAQ: What if I want to get Pilates training?

Step 1: Completion of Level 1 is mandatory before beginning work.

We are currently developing a high-level Clinical Pilates program integrated with physiotherapy assessment modalities, which will also be available to staff at a discounted rate.

  • The course fee per module is $2,880. For TSF staff, the course fee is 50% of the regular price and, under certain conditions, it may be reimbursed after a specified period of work relationship.

Continuing education support?

  • The Clinical Pilates course is recognized as a Continuing Education credit. We can update how the application process is.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $95.00-$120.00 per year
