Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist specializing in Clinical Pilates to join our healthcare team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver comprehensive patient care across various settings, including outpatient clinics, inpatient units, home health, and community care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in physiotherapy principles, with experience in discharge planning, acute care, and developing individualized care plans. You will play a vital role in improving patients' mobility, function, and overall well-being through evidence-based practices and tailored therapeutic interventions.

Duties

  • Assess patients' physical conditions using physiotherapy techniques and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver Clinical Pilates sessions to promote strength, flexibility, and rehabilitation tailored to individual needs.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to optimize recovery outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, management strategies, and home exercise programs.
  • Coordinate discharge planning by evaluating patient needs for ongoing therapy or community services.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across inpatient, outpatient, hospital, home health, and community settings to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
  • Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and orthopedics.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards while delivering high-quality patient care.

Requirements

  • Valid registration as a licensed Physiotherapist with relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Proven experience in outpatient clinics, inpatient hospital settings, home health, or community care environments.
  • Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and care planning processes.
  • Experience working with diverse populations including pediatrics and geriatrics.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and patient management.
  • Skills in discharge planning, acute care management, orthopedics, trigger point therapy, and outpatient therapy modalities.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Pay: $66,166.43-$175,748.49 per year
