The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join the Office of the CEO. This role is ideal for someone who's eager to learn how ideas grow in a startup setting. From data organization to creative design, you'll play a key role in keeping projects on track and ideas moving forward.

This is a part-time internship with the opportunity to increase hours as the company grows and your impact expands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Leadership team with day-to-day project-based tasks
  • Create and edit visuals, decks, and documents
  • Maintain and organize spreadsheets for reporting and tracking initiatives
  • Assist with research, scheduling, and documentation for strategic projects
  • Contribute to company-wide initiatives that enhance team communication and productivity

Great Candidates will have:

  • Strong proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel and a keen eye for organization and detail
  • Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
