As our **Sales and Marketing Specialist**, you'll be the engine driving our continued growth. You'll lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to attract new investors, clients, and partners, while supporting and improving our sales processes to convert leads into lasting relationships. Working closely with leadership, you'll help shape **NDura's**voice, expand our presence, and build a new marketing and sales foundation that will scale with our future growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Collaborate with leadership to create sales materials, presentations, and proposals for investor and client meetings.
- Track, measure, and report on key marketing and sales metrics to guide continuous improvement.
- Identify new market opportunities and strategies for client acquisition beyond referrals and word-of-mouth.
- Support CRM and lead management processes to ensure strong follow-up and client engagement.
- Work with internal teams to highlight project successes through case studies, testimonials, and online reviews.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels and communications.
- Contribute to the development of a formalized sales pipeline and client onboarding process.

**What We're Looking For**
- 3 or more years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in real estate, construction, or professional services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using CRM tools and marketing automation systems.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Positive, entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of the Edmonton real estate market is a strong asset.

**Compensation and Benefits**
- Full time position
- Competitive salary rate at CA$60,000 to CA$80,000 annually, based on experience
