Required skill Sets:


• Act as the SME for the IER module and lead customization-based integrations into IER as per business requirements.


• Drive the design, build, integration, and implementation of legal holds and purge functionalities.


• Provide QA support through triages as needed to ensure timely and high-quality resolution of issues.


• Cross-skill the team on IER capabilities and develop comprehensive documentation for all deliverables, including design documents, procedures, infrastructure details, and implementation specifics.
