What's the Opportunity?
Dispatch is looking for a Senior Integration Consultant who has experience designing and implementing integration solutions using modern iPaaS solutions. You will be working directly with our enterprise clients to design, build, test, and implement integration and workflow automation solutions across their app ecosystems. You will be engaging with a variety of stakeholders across functions such as Finance, HR, and IT, where you will lead teams through the design and development of creative automation solutions that solve their specific business problems. Your work will be on a wide variety of client-specific integration projects where you will need to apply best practices of enterprise data integrations using leading integration tools such as Workato.
In this role, you can expect to:
Lead discovery sessions with clients to define business requirements and translate these into technical designs for an integration solution
Build architectural documentation to guide developers' integration designs
Create work-breakdown structures to provide developers with clear requirements on how to deliver on business requirements
Complete architectural code reviews with developers to ensure the solutions are robust, efficient, and resilient
Rapidly learn new applications and business use cases to design creative data integration and workflow automation solutions that delight our clients
Qualifications
Post-secondary program or degree (such as computer science or engineering) or equivalent experience
Experience working in a professional services context - interacting directly with clients in both technical and non-technical roles
Proven success working on challenging enterprise software projects
Demonstrable technical competencies balanced with a clear understanding of business processes
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Successful track record implementing enterprise SaaS solutions
Deep knowledge of database structures, APIs and common enterprise integration patterns and practices
Expertise in modern iPaaS solutions
Experience working with stakeholders in defining, documenting and translating business requirements into technical specifications
