Key Responsibilities:

Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative
Integration Manager
to ensure the successful readiness, deployment, and seamless handover of critical system integrations. This role is central to minimizing operational risk by building and maintaining end-to-end knowledge, facilitating documentation, and coordinating readiness activities across technical and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Management & Handover

  • Build and maintain end-to-end knowledge
    for all assigned system integrations and ensure this information is accurate, aligned, and communicated to relevant teams.
  • Contribute to the master
    Integrated Deployment Plan
    by ensuring all necessary integration details are defined, aligned, and documented.
  • Maintain a centralized, end-to-end repository for assigned integrations, ensuring all teams have access to complete and current information to reduce knowledge gaps.
  • Collaborate with Support Framework teams
    to define monitoring and support protocols, ensuring a seamless handover to Operations for incident and problem management.
  • Actively participate in
    Hyper Care preparation activities
    , ensuring integrations are adequately planned and operational knowledge is fully transferred to support teams post-deployment.
  • Ensure that monitoring and error handling requirements are defined, agreed upon, and implemented by all impacted support/monitoring teams.

Requirements & Analysis Coordination

  • Coordinate with Business Analysts (BAs) and Solution Architects (SAs)
    to participate in requirements gathering sessions, ensuring all functional scope is well documented.
  • Review functional requirements to ensure completion and accuracy for business continuity.
  • Verify that
    source-to-target mapping documentation
    exists and accurately covers all necessary data sources and fields.
  • Develop the expertise to perform thorough
    impact analysis
    for downstream systems when changes occur.
  • Ensure monitoring and error handling requirements are documented clearly to enable automated maintenance processes.
  • Understand the connectivity and data exchange requirements for assigned integrations and effectively communicate these details with external partners.
  • Ensure integrations are adequately covered during detailed testing phases (DET and DIL).

Testing, Tracking, and Risk

  • Track and report the progress of interface delivery within the core system deployment process.
  • Support all testing activities
    (SAT, Integrated SAT, DET) for assigned integrations, confirming functionality and performance.
  • Support Key Partner System
    Cutover activities
    during final deployment phases.
  • Actively participate in the
    risk management process
    for all assigned integrations, identifying potential threats and defining mitigation strategies.

Skills & Competencies

  • Project Management experience (ideally with the SAFE framework).
  • Experience integrating systems using
    Middleware technology
    (no technical coding skills required, but basic understanding is essential).
  • Experience working in an
    SAP ERP environment
    .
  • Experience in the
    Pharma and/or Diagnostics industry
    is beneficial.
  • Excellent
    Stakeholder management and negotiation skills
    .
