How will you make an impact in this role?

Our Project Management team is responsible for leading and supporting projects from inception to delivery, is now hiring a Senior Analyst (Project Management Office). You lead the way with a customer and shareholder centric attitude, a passion for tackling challenging issues and an unwavering drive to succeed. As a Senior Analyst in our Project Management Office, you will support and lead projects while building exceptional cross-functional relationships and nurturing a broad set of skills including critical thinking, analytics, communication, problem solving, and leadership.

  • Supporting day-to-day internal and external partner relationships.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Prepare and present regular status reports to collaborators, highlighting project progress, issues, and resource allocation.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and meeting minutes.

  • Identify and recommend improvements to project management processes and methodologies.

  • Build strong relationships with collaborators to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project life cycle.

  • Help identify, assess, and monitor project risks, proposing risk mitigation strategies as needed.

  • Create and deliver engaging presentations to effectively communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to collaborators and senior leadership.

  • Engage in complex collaborations with a diverse range of internal and external collaborators, fostering strong partnerships across functions.

  • Actively drive excellence in project management, monitor project results, and contribute key recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to take initiative and champion a project from conception through to implementation and evaluation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

  • Proven organizational abilities, with a track record of setting priorities and managing tasks to drive results.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with diverse collaborators.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in delivering Project Management outcomes.

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Visio).

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, Project Management, or related field preferred.
