About the Role:

Stafingo is hiring on behalf of one of our reputable clients in Toronto for an experienced
Senior IT Business Analyst
to support a large-scale digital transformation and system integration initiative. This role is ideal for an analytical, results-oriented professional who excels at bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering and analysis for enterprise-level integration or digital transformation projects.
  • Conduct detailed business process analysis, data mapping, and workflow documentation.
  • Develop and maintain structured documentation such as business requirements, process flows, customer journey maps, and user stories.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and product managers, to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
  • Support testing and validation activities to ensure business and system requirements are met.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years
    of proven experience as a
    Senior Business Analyst
    in large-scale IT projects.
  • 7+ years
    of experience in
    business process analysis, data management, and system integration.
  • 3+ years
    of hands-on involvement in
    enterprise integration or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to
    produce structured documentation
    such as requirements, process flows, user stories, and customer journey maps.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
