Senior IT Operations Analyst - NOC Shift Leader - Job Description:
The Senior IT Operations Analyst - NOC Shift Leader will provide senior-level support for the Bank Group network infrastructure. This role focuses on incident management and supporting all network components, ensuring service availability and continuity. The position requires managing a rotating 12-hour shift schedule to maintain 24/7 operations.

Senior IT Operations Analyst - NOC Shift Leader - Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day deliverables during shifts under the direction of the NOC Manager.
  • Provide technical leadership and ensure adherence to NOC processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with floor managers to manage work intake and delivery.
  • Engage in incident calls and provide support.
  • Ensure effective shift turnover processes.
  • Support incident, change, and problem management processes.
  • Create and review documentation for support and training purposes.
  • Explore automation opportunities to reduce manual tasks.

Senior IT Operations Analyst - NOC Shift Leader - Mandatory Skills:

  • Technology Degree/Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • CCNP certification with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Network Operations/Production environment.
  • Strong understanding of network environments (TCP/IP, Cisco routers/switches, Firewall, Load Balancers, WiFi).
  • Proficient in diagnostic techniques and monitoring tools like SevOne, NetBrain, Infoblox.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in managing incident queues and prioritizing incidents.

Senior IT Operations Analyst - NOC Shift Leader – Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • CCIE certification.
  • Experience with telecommunications concepts and Telco connectivity.
  • Familiarity with tools such as ExtraHop, ThousandEyes.
  • Experience in managing chronic, repeat, and aging incidents.
  • Knowledge of process optimization and automation tools.

Senior IT Operations Analyst - NOC Shift Leader – Assignment Length:
This is a 12 month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion.
