Intermediate Project Manager
to support the delivery of a landmark
$300M Student Housing project
, with additional major projects in the pipeline across Toronto and Barrie.

About You
The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Motivation and a clear drive to succeed: you don't wait for opportunities, you create them
  • Proven experience with a GC or CM on large-scale builds, ideally over $100M in value
  • A strong background in residential, student housing, or large commercial builds
  • A collaborative approach: you know how to engage trades, consultants, clients, and internal teams to get the job done right
  • A strategic mindset and a passion for excellence in execution
  • Based in a commuting distance to Peterborough, ON
