About the Role

We're looking for a Finish Carpenter / Renovation Specialist who has a strong eye for detail, takes pride in their work, and thrives in transforming spaces from start to finish. The ideal candidate is skilled in fine finish carpentry and also experienced in general renovation tasks including framing, drywall, flooring, and custom installations.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed finish carpentry including baseboards, casings, crown molding, wainscoting, doors, and trim
• Complete a variety of renovation tasks such as framing, drywall, flooring, and cabinetry installation
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
• Collaborate with the project manager and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and top-tier results
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and team members

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in residential renovations and finish carpentry
• Strong knowledge of building techniques, tools, and materials
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to unique project requirements
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Own basic hand tools (specialty tools provided)

Compensation:

$28–$38/hour (based on experience)
