Your Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales or Customer services (hotel services, retail, call centre or restaurants) Preferred
  • Effective verbal communication ability in English
  • Driven by providing positive customer experience with natural ability to connect with customers for successful outcomes
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to deal with customers professionally at all times
  • Enjoy results-oriented environment
  • Comfortable navigating on screen software with strong keyboard skills
  • Looking for a chance to learn, grow and excel

The successful candidates will possess the unique combination of script adherence, rapport-building &persuasive skills required to, identify customer needs and inform customers about product features, benefits and value for them.
