Outbound Call & Customer Follow-Up Representative (Entry Level)

About Us

Lease Link Canada Corp is a growing Equipment finance company focused on providing excellent customer experiences and support. We're looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as Outbound Call & Customer Follow-Up Representatives. No prior experience is required — we'll provide full training

Position Overview

As an Outbound Call & Customer Follow-Up Representative, you'll be responsible for reaching out to existing and potential customers to provide information, confirm details, and ensure satisfaction. You'll represent our brand with professionalism and a positive attitude while helping maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to current and potential customers
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotes, or recent service interactions
  • Record and update customer information in our CRM system
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Schedule appointments or forward leads to the appropriate department
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve minor issues promptly
  • Meet daily and weekly call goals

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Friendly, professional phone manner
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Reliable and punctual

(No previous call center or sales experience required — we offer comprehensive training)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
