**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our sales team as Entry-Level Sales Associates. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about renewable energy, enjoy building relationships, and are eager to kickstart a career in sales within the solar industry. As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in educating potential customers about the benefits of solar energy, assessing their needs, and guiding them through the sales process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct initial consultations to understand customers' energy needs and evaluate their suitability for solar energy solutions.
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and available incentives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to generate leads and close sales.
- Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, outlining the benefits and financial implications of solar energy solutions.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and address any questions or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes related to solar energy.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous sales experience or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to promoting sustainability.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: $30,000.00-$120,553.27 per year

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Driving Licence (required)
