Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our HR team in various functions. This paid internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and HRIS systems. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess strong communication skills, and have a keen interest in developing a career in HR.

Responsibilities

  • Support talent acquisition activities including sourcing candidates via ATS systems like Lever and Talent acquisition tools such as Salesforce.
  • Participate in employee onboarding, training & development programs, and recruitment processes including interviewing and HR sourcing.
  • Help coordinate change management initiatives and assist with project management tasks related to HR initiatives.
  • Contribute to employee relations efforts by gathering data, preparing reports, and supporting communication campaigns.
  • Assist with payroll processing support using systems like ADP, Kronos, or Ceridian.
  • Support administrative functions such as data collection, record keeping, and scheduling meetings related to human resources activities.
  • Collaborate on various HR projects related to employee engagement, HRIS updates, and process improvements.

Experience

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous administrative experience or internship experience in human resources is a plus.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) like iCIMS or Lever is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and record management.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively support team collaboration.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. This internship provides valuable exposure to core human resources functions within a dynamic organization and is ideal for individuals looking to build a foundation for a future career in HR management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$25.41 per hour
