Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Receptionist located in Mississauga, ON. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for managing reception duties, answering and directing phone calls, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth front office operations. Additional tasks include managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and assisting guests with inquiries and requests.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Receptionist Duties and Front Office operations
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management are advantageous
