Front Desk Receptionist

Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our rug cleaning team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with inquiries while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in person and over the phone with a professional and welcoming attitude.
Answer questions about rug cleaning services, pricing, and promotions.
Schedule appointments and manage the cleaning service calendar.
Process customer orders, invoices, and payments as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Communicate with the cleaning team to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Handle emails, calls, and messages promptly and efficiently.
FULL TIME 8 AM TO 7 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.60-$24.00 per hour
