What you will do

  • You will advise customers and sports enthusiasts by guiding them in their choices and responding to their needs.
  • You will ensure that the display is impeccable, so that products are always available and within reach.
  • You will welcome, listen to, and engage with our customers to ensure that their expectations are met.
  • You will communicate the benefits of becoming a Decathlon member by telling them about the store's exclusive services.
  • You will facilitate transactions at the checkout and ensure efficient management of returns.
