Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator/ Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities, ensuring that all aspects of construction projects are executed efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and proficiency in various construction management software.
Duties
- Assist in the coordination and administration of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
- Drive to different sites to post Construction site notices on unit doors
- Collaborate with project managers to track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Conduct blueprint reading and schematic analysis to support project planning and execution.
- Support construction estimating efforts by gathering relevant data and preparing estimates.
- Maintain organized records of project correspondence, meeting minutes, and action items.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and team members.
Skills
- Proficiency in construction management.
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and schematics.
- Experience with construction processes and construction trade work
- Familiarity with project scheduling and design tasks.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
