Role Responsibilities:
Setting team sales targets and ensuring they are achievedManaging of the sales teamTraining, motivating and mentoring team membersRecruiting, documentation and termination of sales team membersDevelop and maintain a close and strong relationship with sales teamDaily reporting of sales teams progressDistribution of daily sales leadsDeveloping marketing materials and sales strategiesTeam is following company standards and proceduresGenerating your own revenue and meeting monthly sales targetsVisiting existing customers and developing strong relationshipsCold calling potential new customers with regular follow ups Setting up appointments with key decision makersProspecting and identifying new business opportunitiesCustomer retentionDaily updates on customer interactions and visitsSubmitting new customer service agreementsWhat you need:
3 years plus sales management experienceExperience in increasing revenues and new accountsExcellent communication and intrapersonal skillsStrong presentation and closing skillsPlanning and forecastingAble to be on your feet for long periods of timeBeing able to use Google forms and sheetsWhat you get:
