As our Revenue Operations Manager, you'll be at the center of Nue's GTM engine — optimizing our sales and marketing systems, data, and processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and insight.

Job Role and Responsibility
- Drive the RevOps Mission: Optimize Nue's tech stack, data analytics, and processes to support rapid growth by removing barriers to efficiency, leveraging AI as a multiplier, and ensuring happy internal customers.
- Build the Foundation for Scale: Design and implement scalable systems and processes that will power Nue's next stage of growth.
- Own & Administer Core Systems: Serve as system owner for Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and streamlined workflows.
- Integrate & Automate: Maintain and optimize key integrations between HubSpot and Salesforce, and experiment with AI tools like , QuotaPath, and Zoom Revenue Accelerator to enhance productivity and personalization.
- Govern Data Quality: Own data standards and governance across the GTM tech stack, ensuring leadership has accurate, actionable insights at all times.
- Analyze & Report: Build and maintain dashboards, forecasts, and performance reports that enable leadership to make informed decisions across the revenue funnel.
- Design & Refine Processes: Partner with Demand Generation, Marketing, and Sales to define and document scalable processes that improve lead flow, conversion visibility, and handoff consistency.
- Act as the Connective Tissue: Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align processes, data, and performance metrics.
- Enable the Team: Create documentation, training, and change management materials to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes.
- Lead & Collaborate: Manage one direct report (CS Operations) and foster cross-functional partnership with Marketing, Digital, and Sales to ensure alignment and operational excellence.
- Champion AI Innovation: Continuously evaluate new AI capabilities to automate manual tasks, enhance data quality, and accelerate decision-making.

What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and/or Marketing Operations within B2B SaaS.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot (admin-level experience strongly preferred).
- Experience managing integrations between Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Working knowledge of QuotaPath, , and Zoom Revenue Accelerator (or equivalent tools) is a plus.
- Proven ability to design scalable processes, automate workflows, and improve data integrity.
- Analytical thinker who can translate data into insight and action.
- Passion for leveraging AI to increase efficiency and enable smarter decision-making.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; thrives in a startup environment with high visibility and fast iteration.
