At Care2Talk Health, we're reimagining primary care by combining old-school, relationship-based medicine with modern accessibility. From our in-person clinics to our virtual care platform, we make healthcare simple, friendly, and stress-free.
We're looking for a Customer Success / Service Representative to be the first friendly voice people hear when they call Care2Talk. If you're warm, organized, and enjoy helping others, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls and be the welcoming, professional voice of Care2Talk
- Provide friendly, clear support to patients and families about our programs and services
- Help customers book appointments, navigate our app, or connect with providers
- Keep accurate notes and ensure follow-ups are completed
- Collaborate with the rest of the Care2Talk team to ensure smooth patient experiences
What We're Looking For
- Friendly and fun personality – you make people feel at ease right away
- Customer-first mindset – patient care and satisfaction come naturally to you
- Strong communication skills – clear, compassionate, and professional
- Organized and detail-oriented – able to manage multiple calls and tasks effectively
- Must be based in British Columbia
- Previous customer service or healthcare admin experience is an asset, but not required

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
