We are currently serving over 100 Billion requests per month while continuously innovating on features and simplifying workflows to delight and empower our users.
What will your main responsibilities be?
- Partner with customers to establish a mutually agreed-upon Success Plan, outlining the value that AdButler can deliver utilizing our product and services
- Run initiatives and programs to increase net retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue expansion via upsells and referrals
- Monitor and analyze the ads and traffic of our customers and strategic partners, proactively identifying any potential challenges and working with internal teams to bring about resolutions
- Maintain routine monthly check-ins with customers
- Proactively pull, track, and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to identify insights. Connect data to customer value and communicate a clear narrative that drives action back to your customers
- Collect insights from customers and potential customers for our product development process
- Actively contribute to improve the customer success process within AdButler
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 3 years in customer support or success in a B2B SaaS company or 3 years experience in AdOperations
- Is knowledgeable on the KPIs used in a SaaS company,
- Encompasses a well-rounded set of competencies including customer focus, technical skills, professional accountability, emotional intelligence, teamwork, and self-direction.
- Has a strong ability to take the initiative
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with change
- Is curious and has a great sense of humor
What would make you really stand out?
- Working knowledge of the AdTech market
- 5 years Experience in a customer success role in the B2B SaaS space
