We're building the future of office catering with a strong focus on customer experience, operational excellence, and smart technology. As we scale, we're looking for a Customer Success Manager who thrives on ownership, relationships, and delivering best-in-class service.

The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for our corporate clients. Your mission is to ensure customers are successful, happy, retained, and growing with Catered Club. You'll manage ongoing accounts, oversee recurring catering programs, and proactively solve problems before they become issues.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-obsessed, calm under pressure, and excited to work in a fast-moving startup environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and manage a portfolio of corporate customer accounts
  • Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition from sales to success
  • Manage recurring weekly catering programs and special orders
  • Act as the main liaison between clients, restaurant partners, and internal teams
  • Proactively anticipate customer needs and resolve issues quickly and professionally
  • Ensure accuracy of orders, dietary requirements, headcounts, and delivery details
  • Drive retention, expansion, and long-term customer relationships
  • Gather customer feedback and surface insights to improve product and operations
  • Maintain detailed account notes and activity tracking in HubSpot (or similar CRM)

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services
  • Experience working with B2B clients (SaaS, marketplaces, hospitality, or logistics is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Calm, solution-oriented mindset when handling issues or time-sensitive requests
  • Experience with CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and modern workplace tools
  • Startup mindset: adaptable, proactive, and ownership-driven

Nice to Have

  • Experience in food, catering, events, hospitality, or marketplaces
  • Experience managing recurring or high-touch accounts
  • Familiarity with operational workflows and coordination across teams
