Amnor Group is a local commercial real estate developer and property manager looking to add to the team for a newly created position, Marketing and General Admin Assistant.

The Role

We're hiring an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and help keep day-to-day operations including administrative duties, construction, and property management. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role for someone who thrives on details, follows through, and can keep multiple priorities moving at once.

You'll be the person who makes sure deadlines don't slip, documents don't get lost, vendors get responses, and leadership stays focused on the highest-value work.

Executive & Operations Support

  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and day-to-day coordination for leadership
  • Draft, edit, and organize emails, letters, notices, and internal documents
  • Track action items, follow-ups, and deadlines across multiple projects

What Success Looks Like (First 30 Days)

  • Leadership inbox/calendar is under control; meetings have agendas and outcomes
  • Project folders are clean, consistent, and easy to find (no "where is that file?" moments)
  • Bids/RFQs are tracked properly; follow-ups happen without being asked
  • Tenant and vendor requests don't go stale; everything is logged and closed out

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
  • Strong written communication (clear, professional, confident)
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and judgment handling sensitive information
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Calm under pressure, proactive, and resourceful
  • Detail-oriented without getting stuck in perfectionism
  • Doesn't need reminders
