As we continue to grow + scale, we are seeking an
**OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR to build structure, streamline processes, + take ownership of critical business operations, allowing leadership to focus on continued growth, industry disruption + strategic innovation.

Role Overview
The OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR will serve as the backbone of our internal operations, with a strong focus on process improvement, systems integration, lead generation, marketing support, reporting, + organizational accountability. In the first 90 days, this individual will assess current workflows, build foundational structures, + implement scalable systems. This role is ideal for a systems-minded professional who thrives on building structure, making decisions,+ keeping team members aligned, while maintaining a high level of quality control + contributing to business development efforts, in collaboration with leadership.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, HR, or recruitment operations with a demonstrated focus on systems + process improvement.
  • Proven ability to implement processes, reporting structures, + accountability measures.
  • Strong technical proficiency: Zoho suite, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace.
  • Experience supporting lead generation + marketing activities (prospecting research, outreach processes, collateral, reporting).Experience supporting lead generation + marketing activities (prospecting research, outreach processes, collateral, reporting).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to make decisions independently.
  • Experience in training, onboarding, + internal communications.
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable analyzing KPIs + presenting insights.

Benefits
REMOTE WORK ENVIRONMENT: Fully remote.
**Please note only candidates located within the Atlantic or Eastern time zone will be considered.

  • BASE SALARY: $50,000
  • PERFORMANCE BONUS: Up to 15% of base ($7,500), paid annually (first pay in December) or quarterly installments of $1,875 based on performance metrics (process implementation, reporting accuracy, decision-making independence, + training rollouts, lead generation, etc).

  • Bonus payout is determined by the employee, based on their preference

  • OPERATING HOURS: 830am-430pm AST, Monday-Thursday + 830am-130pm AST, Friday
