Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison for project managers and estimators from the dealer community, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have a strong background in customer service, data entry, and internal sales support. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a positive customer experience while supporting the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Function as the primary liaison to our dealer network, building relationships through daily phone and email communication
  • Estimate and price custom items
  • Enter orders and perform order revisions or cancellations as needed
  • Participate in on and off-site dealer training and/or trade shows
  • Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Assist with additional projects as required and provide backup to Marketing

Skills

  • Proficiency in data entry with good attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
  • Intermediate math skills including the ability to convert fractions to decimals
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Ability to read blueprints and data sheets
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
