The Role

We're seeking a professional logistics leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage everything from Load Link operations to driver scheduling, customer acquisition, and compliance oversight.

This is an on-site leadership position that requires daily collaboration with the teams. If you're a self-disciplined problem solver with a strong sense of ownership — we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities


• Oversee operations for 53-ft trucks and cross-border loads


• Lead, coach, and motivate a small but growing operations team


• Build and maintain relationships with carriers, brokers, and direct customers


• Schedule, monitor, and support drivers to ensure on-time deliveries


• Ensure compliance with MTO, DOT, and company safety standards


• Maintain documentation and readiness for MTO audits


• Report KPIs and performance updates to senior management

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in truck dispatch, load management, or logistics coordination

Strong understanding of trucking compliance, safety, and MTO audit standards

Excellent communication skills in English

Strong project management and organizational skills

Ability to lead a team, solve problems independently, and handle pressure with professionalism

Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven

Proficiency in LoadLink, Microsoft Office (esp. excel) and tech savvy
