**CCTV Operator Lead Hand and Sewer Inspection Team Member** Andrews.engineer (A.E) is a consulting civil engineering company exclusively focused on municipal asset management. We are, first and foremost, sewer engineering experts. Founded in 1993, A.E has extensive experience and involvement in all stages of sewer asset management including collection and storage of sewer inventory data, the execution of sewer and manhole condition assessment programs, and the planning, design and construction administration of sewer rehabilitation works. A.E is a growing, employee-owned firm with a team of over 40 professional engineers, technical staff, site inspectors and administration support. - Work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act. - Ability to complete pipeline inspections in NASSCO PACP standards. - Plan, set up, manage and remove traffic control equipment in accordance with OTM Book 7. - Perform Confined Space Entry to assemble inspection equipment in live sewer conditions, in manholes and chambers that are in excess of 20m. - Complete field level hazard assessments at each site. - Read project sheets and perform project safety site inspections. - Read, interpret, and augment maps with notes. - Perform daily inventory, inspection and cleaning of CCTV equipment, reels, wheel sets, camera heads, tools and safety gear to ensure quality assurance. - Travel to other cities/areas, work in a variety of settings and worksite conditions. - Safely operate vehicles with a GVWR >4,500kg in accordance with CVOR, MTO and other provincial requirements. - Work evenings, early mornings, weekends or out-of-town on occasion as required. - Work 10-12hr shifts. - Other duties as required. **Preferred Education and Experience** - Clean drivers abstract, DZ License a benefit - 2 years of experience operating inspection equipment including any of the following: - CCTV, Sonar and LiDAR on tractor or floating rigs - 5-7 years of Confined Space Entry experience - including 5 years’ experience in live sewer inspection - 5-7 years of Working at Heights Experience - Able to work in adverse weather conditions - Able to perform in stressful environments - Previous First-aid or advanced medical training an asset. - Current or able to get NASSCO certifications **Benefits & Compensation** - Competitive Hourly Rate, starting at $33 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience - Variable Schedule of 37.5-60hrs per week - Production Incentive Pay after completion of probation - Overtime pay after 44 hours - 2 weeks vacation time, 4% vacation pay - RRSP matching - Benefit program including Extended Health, Dental and Flex Funds - Company Bonus - Employer Paid Training - Per Diems provided for out of town work - Annual Safety Shoe Reimbursement - Paid Sick Days **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: From $33.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Company events - Dental care - Disability insurance - Employee assistance program - Extended health care - Life insurance - RRSP match - Vision care - Work from home Schedule: - 10 hour shift - 12 hour shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Morning shift - Night shift - Overtime - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay - Overtime pay Work Location: On the road
