Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Office Administrator for a full-time, on-site role in North York, ON. The responsibilities include managing daily administrative tasks, providing receptionist support, handling scheduling and patient registrations, and ensuring seamless office operations. The role also involves maintaining patient records, coordinating with healthcare providers, assisting with billing, and managing inbound and outbound communications with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Medical Office administration and receptionist duties
- Proficiency in one or more of OSCAR, Accuro, CHR, or PS Suite
- Strong skills in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication abilities
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Experience in healthcare-related environments is an asset
- Proficiency with office software and patient management systems
- Diploma or certification in Medical Office Administration or a related field preferred
