The Role:

Our role is your opportunity to shape the future of talent acquisition. Are you interested?

As a Senior Talent Sourcer you'll be at the forefront of Talent Acquisition, responsible for identifying and engaging top - tier candidates to meet our organization's hiring needs. Using your expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate outreach techniques, you'll search various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates who align with our company's clients' values and requirements.

Its a Hybrid role requiring presence in Client's office in Toronto for 2-3 days a week

Compensation Range: CAD $85,000 - $90,000 Annually

Key Accountabilities:

What you'll be doing:

  • Partner with recruitment team and hiring leaders to identify the client needs
  • Build pipeline
  • Own candidate experience

Skills & Experience:

You'll need to demonstrate:

  • 5+ years of experience with sourcing
  • Be a team player not only with your team but with everyone
  • Strong proactive sourcing
